Shipping

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order visit the order confirmation page that was sent to your email or phone number after checkout.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders in the United States and Singapore are received within 15-35 business days.
Orders in Hong Kong will be received within 2-4 business days.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses?

At this time, we do not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What happens if the item I ordered is backordered?

In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Can I delay the shipment of my order?

To delay your order shipment, kindly contact our Customer Service Center at (213) 357-6259. Our sales associates will gladly assist you.

Is the product price including tax?

Yes, you don't need to pay extra tax.

How can I pay?

You can pay at checkout with your PayPal or credit card.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method is charged immediately upon checkout.

Why is my payment method not working?

Double-check to make sure you've entered the billing address and card number correctly. Some credit cards have daily spending limits. If you're making a large purchase, be sure to call your bank to let them know ahead of time.

What information do I need at checkout?

Promotions

I’ve received a promo code. How do I apply it?

At checkout, simply enter the code in the "Promo Code" box and click "Apply". Promotional codes can only be used once.

Returns

How do I request a return or replacement?

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure it is in the original packaging. No returns accepted after 30 days.

How do I get a return form?

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a refund address and a return form that you can download/print and attach to your return package.

What is the status of my refund?

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your package. The funds will automatically credit back to your credit card or original payment method.

How do I cancel or change my order?

To cancel or change your order, reply to the order confirmation email you received or email service@ximn.com.

Is there a restocking fee or return shipping charge?

No, we do not charge restocking fees or return shipping charges.
