Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Ximn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Our website does not charge any taxes.

The areas outside the United States, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Items Damaged During Shipping

Although we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are well packaged, damage may still occur during shipment from our warehouse to your destination. If your product is damaged in transit, please notify us and the shipping company immediately. Freight-related damage must be reported to the freight company and to us within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. Take pictures of the damage and ask the shipping company for a confirmation or claim number. Do not throw away the original packaging.

A. To check the status of your order visit the order confirmation page that was sent to your email or phone number after checkout.

Q. “ What happens if the item I ordered is backordered? ”

A. In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Q. “ Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses? ”

A. At this time, we do not ship to post office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. 

Q. “ Who is responsible for duty/taxes on international shipments? ”

A. The customer is responsible for paying duty and taxes. 

Q. “ Can I delay the shipment of my order? ”
